Nathalie graduated with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London and also holds a BSc(Hons) in Psychology. She has 16 years of clinical experience working 1-1 with patients as a Registered Nutritional Therapist, and Health & Wellbeing Coach.She has additional experience working in the wider community; within schools, spas, and corporate settings.
Nathalie is our nutritional clinical lead; mentoring and training all new practitioners and working closely with Dr Sally Moorcroft in our patient care. She is a key team member at Dr Sally's Clinic; running a thriving and successful clinic and supporting hundreds of patients. It is from this relationship that the foundations of our mentoring courses have emerged - to help other doctors and functional medicine practitioners to thrive and build confidence in their practices and clinics.
Training with IFM she has a strong practical understanding of the functional medicine approach, and her clinical practice is highly evidence based and effective. Nathalie's strengths lie in understanding her patients, the complexities of their lives and she is excellent at supporting them find a way to make sustainable changes.
Nathalie attended and completed the AFMCP-UK training in London in 2017 with The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and has completed all the Advanced Practice Modules (APM's), with plans for certification in 2026. She has a passion for Nutrigenomics and attended Gene Snippers UK training in 2018 and Lifecode Gx Training in 2024. In 2019 she passed the competency assessment in clinical nutrigenomics and is today an experienced, competent and responsible Nutrigenetic counsellor (NgC). Nutrigenomics is a powerful way to understand how nutrients, food and lifestyle can influence our health.
Nathalie's experience is broad from family, child & teen nutrition, to gut health, hormone and metabolic health. She is often asked to contribute to magazines and radio, and runs her own food blog - Nutritiously Natty. She enjoys recipe development, food photography and has recently taken up paddle boarding!

Jane Rose Land is an experienced Nutritional Therapist, qualifying in 2013 and working with a Functional Medicine approach. This is a personalised scientific based approach to health, where an individualised plan is created to support the 'whole person'. Jane is passionate about the power of nutritional therapy and loves seeing her clients return to health
She holds a degree in Nutritional Medicine and is a qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach for the NHS, providing evening groups for Diabetes Patients. She has completed the IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine) AFMCP training and advanced modules in Gastro-intestinal, Immune, Hormone and Cardiometabolic. In addition she holds the NTEC (Nutrition Therapy Education Commission) Cancer nutritional support before, during, after treatment and beyond certificate.
A member of the Institute of Functional Medicine, British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. She is a Living Well with Cancer Facilitator with Penny Brohn, Cancer Care and provides Webinars and courses for two other charities; The Brains Trust (Brain Tumour Charity) and More Horizons (Community based Health Support).
Jane loves delivering talks, cookery events and local nutritional based spa days and has experience of delivering webinars, talks for companies and local charities and corporate nutritional and lifestyle employee packages.
